表现:在展会上停留了一段时间,看了产品,问了价格,但是却没有进行下一步洽谈。
我们首先分析一下原因:
对价格没有不满意?
客户想货比三家?
对策:也是在当天回酒店后发送正式报价单,顺便了解客户的想法(是不是和竞争对手成交了?你们的产品或报价是否没令他满意?)知道了他的想法后如何拿下?如果是价格,能否可以申请到更优惠的价格?告知客户公司特意为展会客户开出了优惠价格,如果有意向,还可以邀请客户来工厂考察。

如何跟进意向明显不大的客户?
表现:在展厅绕了一圈,但意向明显不大的客户。
对策:对于此类客户,只能发开发信了。定期更新产品目录。
