外贸与内贸哪个利润更高? Domestic Trade VS Foreign Trade
外贸与内贸其实本质上都是一样的,就是做生意,买进卖出赚取差价。

不同的只是外贸把商品卖给外国人,内贸把商品卖给自己人。

举一个简单的例子,在旅游景区向外国人卖纪念品就是一种简单的外贸行为。当年邓小平在视察某旅游景区就说过,景区的纪念品应该区分国人与外国游客进行差异化定价,通俗地讲就是同一样东西,卖给外国人要比卖给国人贵。仅就家具行业来说,同时拥有外贸和内贸部门的企业,利润贡献率大多能达到3:1甚至更高。

可是外贸在开发客户的过程中则要比内贸难度要大、开发成本要高很多,首先语言、然后开发渠道等等需要考虑。还有对不同国家不同客户对于产品的口味,各国进出口的法律法规等等都是需要我们深入研究,市场分析的难度也要比内贸大。

一般外贸好比于批发,出货量会比较多,订单量以数量取胜,因此每张订单的利润相对于内贸来说会高。

二、内贸公司在创立时,至少要有开发、质检、财务、市场、客服5个部门。(当然专业的外贸公司同样会设置多个部门)。

首先厂家需要去专利局申请自己的商标和品牌,还需要投入研发搞产品设计,由于资金和经验等原因,可能发展几年才发现自己当初设立的品牌很山寨,又要重新投入去完善修改。

内贸好比于零售,单价和单件利润可能会比外贸高,但每张单的销售金额相对于外贸来说会会少。

其实无论做外贸或内贸都各有各的风险,只有把风险系数降低,看清前路,才能真正地把生意做好。
There is risk in both foreign trade and domestic trade. As long as we analyze clearly to lower the risks can we do well in the business.
