亚马逊侵权大整治,头盔卖家连挂3个账号100多万的货款被压…
然鹅,不狠不是姐夫,不狠站不稳。
亚马逊又来大动作了,Prime Day前夕头盔卖家同一款产品、3个亚马逊账号、发了1列火车的货,结果因为侵权账号全挂了,100多万的货款,几百万供应商的欠款……这是要跳楼的节奏!
原本不想用这负能量的消息来给大家增加心理负担,可如今的亚马逊就是这个经营环境,无法预估到的风险随时都有可能到来。
这个卖家收到的邮件内容如下:
Hello,
You have listings that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This is against our policies. The removed items can be seen in your Seller Performance notifications in Seller Central. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it or Amazon.es and your listings have been removed from our site.
If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. If we determine there was an infringement violation, then we may permanently withhold any payments to you. In addition, if you have FBA inventory of these items, they may be destroyed at your expense.

重点在第一句话,其他卖家都说是侵权原因,但是这个涉事卖家账户状况显示没有任何的违规:
据涉事卖家讲自己可能是遭遇到了投诉,连续两个账号收到上图邮件提示内容。其他卖家分析,只有受到投诉才会出现这样的账号情况,邮件中没有具体描述是哪一个Asin侵权,也没有说要卖家提供哪些证明材料,目前产品并没有下架,但是不能开展销售。
这个卖家卖的是头盔,主要面向欧洲市场,他不同时期做了同一款产品,走铁路发货到欧洲,100多万的货物,加上供应商的欠款,好几百万,如果账号救不会来分分钟是要跳楼的节奏。希望这只是一场误会吧!
