良辰方法一:营销植入

黑五、网一旺季将至,按照惯例,亚马逊对review的审核又是一个必不可少的环节。但是被review直接影响的店铺极有可能乘不上亚爸爸的这辆车了。刷单、虚假评论无节制的卖家账号更有可能成为历史永远的回忆了,它让你明白:姐夫,是得罪不起的男人,他有一百种方法让你账号去死,而你,无可奈何。
去年10月3号发布的review新政瞬间死了一批人的心。本就不好索要的review之路又被堵死了。这时候国外有“专家”站出来表示:我叶良辰有一百种方法让你不违规获取review,毕竟我家三世三代都在亚马逊做事,良辰会让你明白,良辰从不说空话。
厉害了。
这种放在产品包装袋里的“广告信息”,我们把它称作Marketing inserts。Marketing inserts能够让你首先完成以下小目标:
1,良辰最喜欢对那些自认能力出众的客户出手 ,惊讶他们。(注意,良辰让你是惊讶惊喜,不是惊吓。)成本低,又会增加客户忠诚度。
2,以友好的私人语气联系客户,获取review再简单不过了。
在所有不同类型的营销植入方法中,比如感谢卡、折扣等,目的是换一个产品评审。由于Amazon不禁止这种类型的消息传递,你必须利用它。
怎么做?良辰不介意和你玩
1,奉劝你以一种正确的方式给客户发问题。你必须自问:我产品这样玩意儿到底对客户有什么用?
要是前面啥都不是说,直接同客户说“请给良辰个好评,良辰日后必有重谢。倘若汝逆良辰之意而行之,良辰有百种方法让你混不下去”,那后果自负吧。
(所以最好的方法是强调你的产品给客户的生活带来的价值。一旦你用这种方式创建了这个评论,你就可以要求他们分享他们的经验了。)
2,索评
明白了产品对客户在生活中的价值后,就可以要求索评了,但也要适当回复了。
为了便于客户评论,要将提供的UPL缩短,客户点击之后能跳转到review页面。
3,设计广告嵌入卡
向客户索评的留言卡如果太丑的话,颜值跟不上别人不会理你,懂?设计遵循两个字:好看。
设计好打印出来装包装盒里。(其实第三方合作伙伴就可以帮你做到啦)
良辰方法二:email 系列跟踪
这个被称为是drip campaigns。Drip啥意思?水滴,一滴一滴的,就是说在你采取一定行动后,发送给客户的一系列的邮件信息。
曾经有卖家怀疑邮件营销的作用,但良辰推荐的方法不容置疑。邮件营销是最老但也是最有效的营销方式。
注意点如下:
1,邮件署名写商店名字,这个被证明会增加3.7%的转化率。
2,邮件当中出现win,free,save,sale,anddiscount等词汇,良辰可能也救不了你。
3,在review索取的句子当中包含一些问句,成功率提升15.7%。
如何做?
Email的发送是讲究时间的。顺序如下:

目标:Thank them, be helpful, and ask for seller’s feedback,懂?
触发时间:购买后,立刻发邮件,立刻,懂?
