跟卖跟的理直气壮
跟卖一直是让卖家十分头疼的事件,跟卖无孔不入,日防夜防,跟卖难防。很多时候,跟卖都感觉自己是理所当然的,并没有做错什么事情。这不,一卖家被跟卖之后,自己还没说什么呢?跟卖倒是先找上自己了,给卖家发了一封这样的邮件:
I know you are a Chinese seller.
Of course I can find what I sell. If you have brand registration, please provide your uspto number and I will stop selling immediately. If not, everybody is allowed to sell this product. Your listing is nothing, I sell only one for a whole day. I have a lot of listings better. Your listing is a very small case. Its up to me to continue selling or not. If I got a 1 starfb or a to z recently, you will get a dozen, believe or not Guess how many accounts I have. If many accounts report you for selling fake product dozens of times. Your account will be closed shortly. I am not selling on Amazon yesterday. And I have already done this to some guys before. Neither u nor I wanna see that happen. I might stop selling this product
tomorrow because no orders on it. I do not wanna waste my time. Try to make your listing better, maybe I will have more interests.
这位跟卖大哥,跟卖人家的产品说的可谓是理直气壮的,丝毫不感觉自己有什么不对。
邮件大概意思是说,如果卖家能够提供产品的商标或者专利,我将立即停止跟卖,如果不是,我就有权利进行跟卖。同时,威胁卖家自己有多个账号,如果不让自己跟卖,就会一直投诉卖家有假货,直到让卖家的账户关闭。
跟卖究竟该如何解决?
卖家在遇到上面问题的时候,可能想到的第一件事情就是要申诉,可是很多时候申诉成功率不是特别高,但也有执着的卖家会一直申诉,最终申诉成功的案例。
要想申诉成功一般亚马逊会要求卖家:
1.邮件一定要写清楚被侵权的品牌名;
2.列举侵权的卖家和侵权的ASIN链接,侵权了哪个品牌名;
3.要有官方、权威的证据证明你是Brand owner,例如提供商标证书和美标官网的品牌信息直线链接;
4.如果已经通过亚马逊品牌备案2.0,可以提供case ID。
也有卖家透露,说进行二次备案可以去掉跟卖按钮。但是经过验证,二次备案也还是无法避免被跟卖,已经有验证过的卖家反馈二次备案完成后还是有不断的跟卖者加入自己listing队伍中。
