方法2：点击Report abuse

点击review右下方的Report abuse，之前点击之后可以填写内容，升级更新之后直接点report即可。

方法3：第一时间根据留评名字和购买人名匹配一致联系买家

很多买家的购买人名跟留评人名其实是一致的，或者是相似的，这样子我们就可以直接联系顾客，寻求解决差评的解决方案。

方法4：查看买家Profile主页

通常情况下要看一个买家信任度，卖家在点击客户ID进去之后，就可以看到他的主页，有些时候客户还会放他的联系方式，比如其他网站、email、skype、wechat等。——但是一般差评师不会留下蛛丝马迹供你联系他。
