侵权警告信的申诉方法
对于亚马逊平台上的众多规则,明的或者暗的,不少卖家会踩到雷区。随之而来的是亚马逊的警告信,一旦没处理好,店铺就眼睁睁的被封了。但是,不能让努力白白浪费呀,要怎么申诉呢?
这是接到的亚马逊的警告邮件,是不是心里很方,整个人都不好了?但是,收到要及时回复,并承诺整改,按要求提供需要的材料,办手续。
一、根据邮件提示提供材料:
1、进货发票 发票要求:近期90天内的采购发票3张,发票上包含亚马逊给你列出来有问题的几款asin的产品,有供应商的联系信息:名称、地址、电话等。
如果没有发票可以提供收据 、采购合同、提货单、授权书等也需要近期90天内的有供应商的信息,这些单据上都要包含有亚马逊给你列出来这几款asin产品,进货数量不能小于销量。
2、你本身是有这个品牌xxx的授权,提供授权书/商标证书文件
3、提供供应商的联系信息:包含名称、电话、地址、邮箱和网站。
二、授权书用这个最保险
授权模板的填写内容如上:如果是个人注册商标,填写个人信息,如果是公司注册商标,填写公司信息,盖公章。
发票最好用增值税发票,收据一般通过不了;没有正规发票,只提供采购合同,通过率很低。
能一次搞定的事,不要重复做,毕竟长时间的等待,也让人心烦。
