有资质发放SAA的认证机构

澳大利亚的产品安全检测由国家认可的实验室--- NATA(National Association of Testing Authorities)实验室，或CB会员实验室测试，将测试报告提交各州的认证受理机构申请证书。目前，有资格受理认证申请的机构有7家（包括新西兰）：

SAA认证电源发证时效

开关电源属于管制类电器强制必须取得由监控部门颁发的认可证书（certificate of approval），并且规定标识（必须打上证书号）。应当注意的是，认证程序只针对安全性而非性能或品质，除非与安全性相关。证书号的第一个字母显示该证书由哪个州或地区颁发。打上认证公司缩写代码和登记证号即为”安全标示”，例如“Q06 1232”,表示由昆士兰颁发的证书，登记号为“06& n b sp;1232”。自发证日期起，三年内有效。

西门子系统sAA什么意思

SAA是澳大利亚标准协会(StandardsAssociationofAustralia)的简称，是澳大利亚的标准制定机构。1999年由协会改为有限公司，称为Standardsaustralinationallimited，简称SAI。SAI是一家与政府无直接关系的独立股份公司。我们经常称澳大利亚认证为SAA认证。事实上，SAA只是一个没有产品认证的标准制定机构。

SAA没有固定的标志，用证书号码表示。国家认可的实验室机构颁发证书后，认证公司的缩写代码和注册证书称为安全标志，需要标注认证号。

SAA认证.C-Tick.A-Tick与RCM的关系。

SAA认证是C-Tick认证控制EMC和无线电产品，A-Tick认证控制电信产品。RCM标志是2013年推出的认证标志。安全认证和电磁兼容注册后，产品可以通过安全认证监督机构获得RCM标志。自2016年3月1日起，销售的电子电器产品应统一使用RCM标志；A-tick和C-tick标志将被取代。RCM可以理解为一种注册系统，包括SAA和C-TICK。

适用产品范围。

SAA认证控制产品可分为强制性电子产品和非强制性电子产品：

1.强制性产品(DeclaredelectricalProducts)覆盖外部电源或充电器.电线.插座.家电(60335-2-9.14.15.15.23.80)等56类产品。控制性电气设备必须获得由监督机构颁发的认证证书，也就是SAA认证，并且规定了标识(必须打出证明)。

2.非强制性产品(Non-DeclaredElectricalProducts)是指强制认证以外的产品，如商用厨房器具等。尽管未加管制的产品不强制性认证，但其安全由卖方/生产商自行决定。监控部门将向符合标准要求的产品颁发符合性证书(CertificateofSuitability)。取得符合性证书的电器产品可以打上证书号，最终字母显示证书由哪个州或地区颁发。
