▶ Dear Forest Partners, Please note Amazon refuse delivery this weekend, reason below – 请注意亚马逊本周末拒绝发货,原因如下- ‘1 picture showing arrival @ the back of the queue @ 1515 which was within the window for delivery. It then took us 24 minutes of queuing to get to the gatehouse. Then because we were 19 minutes outside the window, Amazon have refused delivery. I find it very convenient that they would do this as they were clearly suffering problems yesterday. The other 2 tips you had yesterday both took over 3 hours, and clearly with a 24 minute queue they were obviously looking for any excuse at all not to accept a delivery. Re-deliver charges will apply as this was no fault of our own, we arrived within Amazon’s window’ Re-deliver charge will be, 495 GBP – pending when we can obtain new booking then we could incur storage fees. 重新交付费用为495英镑。根据我们重新定仓的时间,最后可能产生仓储费用。

我们将收取转寄费用,这不是我们的过错,因为我们是在亚马逊规定的收货时间内到达的。
